Over the years through our work we have worked on thousands of flat roofs in the course of our

renovations to external walls. . Many of theses roofs needed to be supported to enable our

workers to work safely. and we was surprised that for the main area of a property it was the least

maintained . As a company that is involved in weatherproofing properties it was a natural progression for us to offer our clients a permanent solution to the age old problem of flat roof

weatherproofing.

Our main critea was a system that would be strong, could be walked on without boards, and

last at least 20 years. in 2004 we looked at all the systems available and the manufacturers

claims and guarantee offered for there systems. From experience we knew there was only

one system that would meet our requirements and back up the manufacturers claims .

After working on fiberglass roofs that had been down ( in some cases for 30 years ) we

decided to specialise in this system and trained a dedicated crew to install this type

of roofing.

Sprayed Polyurea Coatings are not new they have been around and in use for about

30 years in the USA and other countries throut the world.. Polyurea roof coating

is considered to be the most advanced system available and offers many advantages

to the buliding owner, specifier, and contractor

The system can be installed direct to most substrates ( after Preparation ) in even the

most extreme weather conditions. The roof can be upgraded if required with our

Sprayed Polyureane foam to reduce the heat loss through the roof.

* Remove existing roof material back to the structural joists / check on

there condition / replace any that are rotten or decayed.

* Insert new insulation if needed at this stage as to clients requirements.

* Remove and rebuild new fascias / soffits if required / needed.

* Add new firings if needed to improve water runoff.

* Lay specified deck boarding to complete roof area.

* Fix new drip rails and flashing's as needed.

* Apply 3 layers of resin bonded glass fibre to encapsulate all of

the prepared roof area.

* Apply non slip surface if required.

* Clean up and liaises with client on the completed works.
