CASE STUDY ; HOME IN SURREY
This beautiful traditional house was built in around 1920 and set in its own grounds. Our client was gazumped by a national builder when he was trying to purchase this property, the builders wanted to demolish this beautiful house and put a block of flats on it. However planning was refused and our client managed to purchase it after talks with the builders.
The outside walls was in very good condition considering no maintenance had been carried out on them for many years, and as a result minium preparation was required.The contract was completed and the client was very pleased with the results.A few years later the client contacted us to spray a new kitchen extension to the rear of the propery. The results can be seen in the photos below.

* Repoint all defective pointing
* Mask up all areas not to be treated

* Apply a bagging coat to all raw bricks

This beautiful Oust house in Sussex was built in around 1850 and set in its own grounds. The property owner was having major problems with water penetration due to the shape of the building, when it rained every inch was covered in water that just seeped into every nook and cranny. .
