This property in Bucks was built in solid 9inch
brickwork and was suffering from major damp problems in every room. the property was highly  exposed to the weather and when it rained every wall was saturated. Over the years the weather had taken its toll on the pebbledash render  and badly needed weatherproofing. The client wanted "an earth colour "........and as a result we supplied approx 30 different colour samplles at the clients request and had a special colour made to there requirements.
*    Powerwash  all areas to be treated

*    Apply a biocide to the walls

*    Remove and replace all blown render

*    Sika Guard all parapets

*    Mask all areas not to be treated

*    Apply a slurry cement coat to all raw
     brickwork areas

*    Remove all pipes and fittings

*    Apply by roller or brush a primer coat to 
     all prepared areas of the walls.

*    Apply by high pressure spray GUNEX high
    performance coating to all areas that have 
    been prepared.

*    Demask / clean up / re-instate all pipes and 
     fittings and leave site in a clean condition.
This property in Herts was built in cavity 
brickwork and was suffering from major damp problems iat the rear of the property . Again this property was highly exposed to the weather from the farmland at the rear. Over the years the weather had taken its toll on the  render  and badly needed weather proofing This property was a challenge because the design of the house with a glass conservatory with a "GLASS ROOF PANALS " it needed planning to carry out the works in a safe and professional manner. As well as scaffolding we decided to board out the roof as a precaution against any materials / render. or tools dropping through the scaffold
*    Powerwash  all areas to be treated

*    Apply a biocide to the walls

*    Remove and replace all blown render

*    Mask all areas not to be treated

*    Remove all pipes and fittings

*    Apply a cement slurry coat to all walls
     to fill all voids and depressions

*    Apply by roller or brush a primer coat to 
     all prepared areas of the walls.

*    Apply by high pressure spray  GUNEX a
    performance coating to all areas that have 
    been prepared.

*    Demask / clean up / re-instate all pipes and 
     fittings and leave site in a clean condition.

This property in London was built in solid 9inch
brickwork and was suffering from major damp problems in every room. the property was highly  exposed to the weather and when it rained every wall was saturated. Over the years the weather had taken its toll on the  render and brickwork  and badly needed weatherproofing.  The parapets to the roof needed extensive repairs.
The old stock bricks to the rear of the property was very eroded.
*    Powerwash  all areas to be treated

*    Apply a biocide to the walls

*    Remove and replace all blown render

*    Needle-gun all areas to be treated

*    Trowel Fill badly scarred areas

*    Mask all areas not to be treated

*    Remove all pipes and fittings

*    Apply by roller or brush a primer coat to 
     all prepared areas of the walls.

*    Apply by high pressure spray GUNEX a
    performance coating to all areas that have 
    been prepared.

*    Demask / clean up / re-instate all pipes and 
     fittings and leave site in a clean condition.
This property in Medway  was built in cavity 
brickwork and was suffering from major damp problems at the rear of the property  Over the years the weather had taken its toll and after carrying out a survey on the condition of the wall ties it was decided to replace about 50 ties to the rear wall.The old paint that was peeling needed to be stripped back as much as possible and we decide to carry this out using compressed air
needle-guns. Extensive rendering was also needed on several elevations
