seen many companies come and go through many reasons........high pressure sales technics, shoddy workmanship and generally bad

THERMASTEX have developed a strategy that gives our clients peace of mind and enables us to improve our service in all aspects of our

business.. We take the view that we are only as good as our last customer, and welcome there views on the way that there contract was

carried out and the finished product.

After 1 month on every contract we send out to our clients a SATISFACTION NOTE to ask there views there experience with dealing with

THERMASTEX and on the product installed. From this we can determine future policy and any areas that may require improving.
